In this matter ARCHIVE VALLEY acts as data controller in compliance with the data protection rules and the GDPR regulation. Information of registered Users on the site will be saved in compliance with the Data Protection Act of the French law (Act n°78-17 of 6 January 1978) and in compliance with the GDPR. – A record of any Request and Purchase of Archive Content you have placed through the Website. Note that information related to Request and Purchase of Archive Content are not considered as Personal Data;
– A record of any Assignment you have placed or received through the Website. Note that information related to the Assignments are not considered as Personal Data;
– A record of any correspondence, meeting, phone call between you and us;
– Payment and financial information such as details of accounting, billing or financial transactions including transactions carried out through our Website or otherwise, agreements made between Users, proof of payments and invoices. If it happens that one of our Users contacts you outside our Website without your explicit consent in relation with a Request you have submitted or an Assignment, or otherwise any further promotional, commercial and advertising purposes, you may inform us as soon as possible.
4.2. With our Users and Visitors in our blog and our communication
With your consent, we share information about you, such as testimonials, comments, interview alongside with your name and picture in our public blog which is accessible by any Visitor and User. We also share it with our Users through our newsletters, communication emails, text messages and landing pages.
4.3. With third-parties service providers
Partners we work with are the following ones : Amazon AWS, Stripe, Hubspot, Intercom, Mailchimp, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Trello, Slack.
